On December 16th, our CEO Alessandro Bursese received the "Logistics of the Year 2020" award from Assologistica. An important recognition awarded thanks to the "Smart Packaging System 4.0" project, to the innovation it brought to the market in terms of Environmental Sustainability and Transport & Logistics 4.0.
It is a logistic system for e-commerce that creates tailor-made packaging for the product to ship. Finally a sustainable, more efficient and cost-effective packaging is possible. The system can process up to 1000 packages per hour and ensures the ability to manage exceptional work peaks, small and large objects, even with different weight and volume sequences.
